JRF Physics / Project Associate–I recruitment in Shiv Nadar University
Project Title : Tailoring Ge doping in GaSb film for phase change memory applications”
Essential & Desirable Qualification: The applicant must have M.Sc. degree in Physics from a recognized University with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade. It is preferable that the candidate is GATE/NET-JRF/Lectureship qualified (attach a copy of the score card)
Remuneration: As per UGC-DAE-CSR norms, Rs. 25,000/- p.m. plus HRA as permissible (for GATE/NET qualified candidates). In case suitable candidate is not found, candidates without GATE/NET may be considered for the post of project fellow with remuneration of Rs. 14,000/- p.m. plus HRA.
Duration: One year (extendable up to 3 years based on performance and availability of funds) Note that the post is purely temporary in nature.
