Qualification : B.Tech. and M.Tech./ME/MS in Civil Engineering (with specialization in Water Resources Engineering or Remote Sensing and GIS or Environmental Engineering) or equivalent degree with first-class at all levels. candidates should have got admitted to M.Tech through GATE or the candidates should have a valid GATE score.
