Qualification : M.Sc. in Physics/Materials Science or BE/BTech in Materials Science and Engineering/ Materials Engineering/ Metallurgical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/Electronics Engineering/Energy Technology or equivalent with minimum 55 % marks and passing of NET/GATE test
Pay Scale : Rs. 12, 000
SRF /01 Post
Qualification : M.Sc. in Physics/Materials Science or BE/BTech in Materials Science and Engineering/ Materials Engineering/ Metallurgical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Electronics Engineering/ Energy Technology or equivalent with minimum 55 % marks and possessing at least 2 years of research/teaching experience as evidenced from published papers in standard referred journals or ME/MTech in Materials Science and Engineering/Materials Engineering/ Metallurgical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/Electronics Engineering/Energy Technology or equivalent
