Job Description
JRF/ SRF/ Research Associate positions are available in the Metabolic Engineering Group at ICGEB New Delhi.
Eligibility:
JRF/SRF: MSc/MTech in Life Sciences/Biotechnology
RA: Recent PhD or thesis submitted in Life Sciences/Biotechnology related to algae biofuel.
Experience: Wet lab research experience is mandatory. The post involves the design and construction of vectors, DNA cloning, genetic transformation of organisms with DNA vectors, PCR, RT-PCR, ddPCR, Southern blot analysis, DNA sequencing and maintenance of transgenic cultures in a contained facility.
Duration: 2-3 years
