Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic Junior Accountant to support our financial operation, who can manage day-to-day accounting tasks, GST, TDS, billing, and documentation related to government contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day accounts and financial records using Tally or other software
- Prepare and process bills, invoices, challans, and project-wise expenditure
- Handle GST, TDS filings, and ensure timely compliance
- Maintain bank reconciliations, petty cash, and voucher entries
- Coordinate with site engineers for expense reports and contractor bills
- Support in tender documentation accounting and project budgeting
- Assist in audits and financial reporting as required
- File and maintain hard copies and digital records of all financial documents
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (B.Com, M.Com, BBA, etc.).

1–3 years of experience in accounting or a finance-related role.

Basic working knowledge of Tally, Excel, and/or accounting software.

Strong understanding of debit/credit, journal entries, and ledger management.

Good attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Soft Skills

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines.

Effective written and verbal communication.

A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow.
