Overview:
We are looking for a Junior Accountant with experience in Tally and basic accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of MS Office, email handling, and accounting software like SAP. This role requires strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and teamwork abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accounting & Financial Transactions:
- Operate Advanced Tally for data entry, voucher preparation, and ledger maintenance.
- Manage daily bookkeeping, invoices, and financial records.
- Handle accounts payable/receivable, GST, and tax calculations.
2. MS Office & Excel Operations:
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, spreadsheets, and balance sheets.
- Use MS Excel for data analysis, reconciliation, and report generation.
- Work on formulas, pivot tables, and basic financial modeling.
3. Email & Communication Management:
- Handle email correspondence with vendors, clients, and financial institutions.
- Assist in preparing financial documents, reports, and invoices for internal and external communication.
4. Compliance & Record Keeping:
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial statements.
- Support senior accountants in audits and tax-related matters.
