- Engaging with new prospective customers and representing the company.
- Builds business by identifying tenders opportunities at various platforms. Analysis of the various Tender that are pan India available and beneficial for the Organization
- Monitoring of the bid management in order to ensure it is aligned with the organization's requirements- Identify products/services for the identified opportunities through calls, e-mails, and via online portals.
- Attending Pre bid meetings and sharing the insight of the same with the Management.
- Study tender documents & prepare/arrange technical commercial documents.
- Ensuring that all the activities are monitored and completed from the time Tender is submitted till closure.
- Meeting set targets and working closely with Marketing and Sales by methodically working on and following up on a variety of pro-active sales activity.
- Consistently achieving quarterly and annual KPIs
