We seek to hire a talented and dynamic individual for this key role within Human Resources. Reporting directly to the head of Asia Pacific Compensation, you will support the compensation agenda for the Asia Pacific Division.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation Analyst

  • Supporting the delivery of all core compensation programs including year-end compensation and managing variable compensation pools for the APAC division in compliance with CS policies and local/international regulations
  • Providing compensation advise to Recruiting, HR Business Partners and Business to support the bank’s effort to attract, retain and motivate employees
  • Preparing analytics to support senior management make compensation related decisions
  • Supporting APAC head of compensation and APAC PB Compensation lead on projects or initiatives supporting APAC Division Compensation strategic objectives
  • This role will also support Compensation for India and will have a dotted line in to the India head of Compensation, Benefits and Payroll
  • Conduct market benchmarking analysis
  • Assist with other ad-hoc projects as necessary

  • Proven 2+ years of compensation experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • General knowledge of HR processes
  • Outstanding interpersonal, analytical and conceptual skills with high detail and result orientation
  • Ability to analyze compensation data to identify issues, recommendations and business improvement opportunities
  • Flexibility and can work well under pressure along with the ability to prioritize
  • Sound problem solving and communication skills
  • High integrity; able to maintain confidentiality at all times. Adheres to code of conduct; acts responsibly; protects the reputation of the bank; controls risks
  • Proficiency with PeopleSoft and other HR technologies and Financial and Reporting knowledge
