Key Responsibilities:
- Work on designing, developing, and maintaining Excel-based applications using PowerQuery and Power BI enhancements.
- Automate and optimize data workflows using Python, Flask, and SQL.
- Assist in integrating different data sources and preparing clean, reliable datasets.
- Support the testing and deployment of data solutions in an organized and timely manner.
- Document processes, queries, and best practices to build reusable assets.
- Collaborate with team members, take feedback positively, and proactively contribute ideas.
- This role is ideal for freshers and early career professionals who may not have all the skills yet but are hungry to learn and ready to put in the effort. If you have a genuine interest in data engineering, automation, and business intelligence, we want to hear from you.
- Strong problem-solving skills and curiosity.
- Good understanding of Excel, formulas, and basic data manipulation.
- Familiarity with SQL and any scripting language like Python (basic level is fine).
- Willingness to learn PowerQuery, Power BI, Flask, and advanced Python.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
- 6 days a week: Sunday to Friday (Saturday off)
- Office Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Work Mode: Work from Office (Nasik)
- Initial 3-month probation period, followed by confirmation for a full-time role based on performance.
- Mentorship, skill development, and growth opportunities provided.
- Round 1: Online interview via MS Teams.
- Round 2: In-person interview at our Nasik office.
- Direct mentorship and upskilling opportunities.
