Job Description

Required Female Junior Lawyer / Law Graduates for Drafting of Legal Documents and Case Papers and Pleadings. It is completely WORK-FROM-HOME and there would be No Court Appearance. Good Knowledge of English and Marathi Language is Compulsory.
Drafting legal documents such as motions, pleadings, and briefs
Interviewing clients and witnesses to gather information about cases
Participating in meetings with clients to discuss case progress and to ensure that client needs are being met
Reviewing and analyzing legal documents to identify issues or concerns that may require attention from senior attorneys
Researching laws and other legal matters to support cases being prepared for trial
Assisting in the preparation of cases for trial by researching evidence, interviewing witnesses, and preparing subpoenas or other court orders
Reviewing evidence and advising clients regarding how best to proceed in cases
Communicating with other attorneys or legal professionals regarding case status and planning strategies
Drafting legal documents such as briefs and motions in order to present cases in court
