Job Description

Must to have

Commerce Graduate
Export Documentation.

Works with internal and external customers to procure payment of Accounts Receivable balances due. Performs activities under moderate supervision.

Processes payments made by customers.

Prepares statements of accounts for customers.

Answers basic customer inquiries.

Prepares analysis of accounts.

May conducts root cause analysis of late payments and suggests process improvements.

Assists in preparing month end reporting.

Participates in projects related to Accounts Receivable improvement.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Education, Licenses, Certifications

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

Experience

Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.

Export Documents, LC, Dispatch Documents preparation & submission in bank

Export Remittance Instructions to bank. Ensure timely credit in bank at month end close

Download sales transaction register on weekly basis

BRC Reconciliation

EDPMS report analysis & timely closure of caution listed cases with banks

Consolidate Shipping Bill Tracker preparation

Ensure timely closure of shipping bills with banks and on time BRC

Follow up with banks for Bills closures, bank reference number, resolution of queries

Upload URN number and BRCs on MEIS portal

Process GSAR and update NEFT/Bank Details in BOLT as per prescribed process and follow sox control
