Job Description
JD:
o Help in breeding trial infrastructure development
o Help in development of improved techniques/ methodology in line with businessobjective.
o helping breeder in making right decisions in hybrid promotion
o contribute in evaluating breeding nurseries/trials planned at MET location
- Help in pre-determining results to be accomplished and timelines to be met byprecise and knowledgeable assessment of the hybrid performance, the method ofanalysis and any other technologies used.
- Responsible for ensuring that any data of the activities under his/herresponsibility are properly stored, kept confidential as part of keeping theinformation secret.
- Contributes to the proper Opex and Capex planning for the rice breeding trialoperations under responsibility by proposing the appropriate resources for theabove mentioned aspects.
- Contributes to properly documenting the breeding trial processes and keepingthese processes updated through periodic review.
- Implements compliance and respect of QA and stewardship initiatives for theIndia rice breeding and hybrid testing activities under his/her responsibility.
