Central University of Rajasthan (CURAJ) invites application for the position Junior Research Fellow
Title of the project: “Unravelling Mystery of Bacterial Persistent Infection: Genome-wide Identification and characterization of Toxin-Antitoxin systems of Helicobacter pylori ” funded by ICMR.
No of Post: 01
Fellowship: Rs. 31,000/- + 8 % HRA (For NET/GATE/DBT Fellowship holder/ National Level Exam as per ICMR norms).
Duration of the Project: 03 Years from the project start date (started from 01/02/2021).
Essential Qualification: Post Graduate degree in Microbiology/Biochemistry/ Biotechnology/ life Science/ Bioinformatics/ relevant subject. Scholars selected through a process described through any of the following:
a) Scholars/fellows who are selected through National Eligibility Tests- CSIR/UGC NET or GATE qualified.
b) The selection process through National Level Examinations conducted by Central Government Department and by their agencies such as DBT, DST, DAE, DRDO, MHRD, ICAR & ICMR etc.
Desirable Qualification: Research experience in the field of molecular biology, bacterial culture work & computational biology will be preferred.
Nature & Period of Post: Appointment as JRF initially for a period of one year with a possibility of extension for second and third year. The Extension is subjected to satisfactory performance.
Age Limit: Maximum 28 years on last date of application.
