Institute of Technology (NIT) Meghalaya

Project Title : “Graphene–silicon
nanowire based Schottky junction solar cells for enhanced light harvesting”.
Eligibility :
1) First class M.Sc./M.Sc.(Tech) or M.Tech. (Physics/
Engineering Physics/ Applied Physics/ Material science) or Equivalent degree in
physics
2) Valid GATE/NET Qualification
3) Candidates who are in final year of Qualifying Degree
with required eligibility can also apply. However, such candidates have to
submit their provisional certificate on or before joining.
Age limit : Must not be more than 28 years as on closing
date of application (relaxation as per the norms/ orders of GOI).
Fellowship JRF: @
Rs. 25,000/- per month for the first 02 years; SRF: @ Rs. 28,000/- per month
for the third year.
