Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Junior Sales Associate. The Junior Sales Associate will support the sales team by identifying prospective buyers, responding to inquiries, and maintaining regular contact with existing clients. Daily responsibilities include preparing and sending price lists, assisting in negotiations, managing order details, and coordinating with operations to ensure accurate and timely delivery. The role also involves updating basic sales records, tracking inventory availability, and communicating product information such as condition, grade, and pricing. The Junior Sales Associate will collaborate with colleagues across departments to help meet sales targets and deliver a consistent customer experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships, with strong interpersonal and professional communication skills.
• Basic sales skills, including lead follow-up, negotiation support, and comfort working toward team targets.
• Competence with spreadsheets, email tools, and online communication platforms to manage quotes, orders, and client updates.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills for handling product information, documentation, and order tracking.
• Interest in electronics or familiarity with smartphones and related devices; prior experience in wholesale or resale is a plus.
• Capacity to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and respond promptly to customer requests.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in business or a related field is an advantage.
