- Position- Junior Solution Engineer
- Experience –0 to 3 year
- Qualification- B.Tech/BCA/ MCA(fresher)

Eligibility:
- B.Tech/MCA(fresher).
- Should possess strong analytical and excellent communication skills (both written and spoken).
- Candidate with working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Access, and basics of SQL queries will be preferred.
Job Description:
- Manage customer issues taking changing priorities and SLA into consideration
- Promote detailed communication and sharing of information among overall Technical Support and Engineering Support organisations.
- Take ownership for, and respond to client escalations as appropriate.
- Assist in driving overall infrastructure initiatives.
- Be an example and a technical resource to the team.
