You will be responsible for guiding potential students to enroll in the programs offered by the Universities by giving them correct and complete information about the programs and admissions.
You must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills, also comfortable presenting program details over the phone.
Should be good in English communication.
Counseling students about the right courses.
Preparing student data and counseling students over the phone.
Should be able to handle queries and concerns of parents and students.
Be thoroughly knowledgeable about current and trending career opportunities.

Bachelor's or associate's degree in counseling.
Knowledge of placement testing and career, personal, and educational assessment.

Experience with counseling principles, techniques, and practices as applied to students' problems and developmental needs.
Excellent active listening and communication skills.
Patient, friendly, and accommodating personality.
Social perceptiveness and an understanding of body language.
Excellent interpersonal and mediation skills.
