Job Description
Role work:
Support Service Team in Testing , Repair of Headphones / Earphones , Speakers , Amp , DAC etc.
Background ( Experienced / Fresher)
ITI Electronics
Diploma in Electrical & Electronics ,
BE Electronics
Working knowledge in Mobile / Audio
Experienced Technicians ( salary negotiable )
Place of Work : Adyar, Chennai
Office Timing : 9.30 to 6.00 PM
Part Time 9.30 to 1.30 pm OR 2.00 to 6.00 pm
Part time Salary - 50 % of full time
NO WORK FROM HOME OPTION
Key Responsibilities:
-
Assist in the testing and functional checking of headphones, speakers, earphones, amplifiers, and DACs
-
Perform basic diagnostics, fault identification, and repair under supervision
-
Replace damaged components (e.g., speaker drivers, cables, jacks, switches, PCB parts) as needed
-
Use tools such as multimeters, soldering irons, tweezers, and microscopes for repair work
-
Document test results, issue findings, and repairs done for each item
-
Coordinate with the senior technician for technical escalation and quality control
-
Maintain a clean and organized service area and follow ESD and safety protocols
-
Support the team in inventory management of spare parts and components
-
Assist in packaging and preparing repaired units for return to customers
Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of electronics components, circuits, and audio devices

Experience using tools like multimeters, soldering stations, and oscilloscopes (preferred)

Good hand-eye coordination for delicate component handling

Ability to follow written test procedures and repair guidelines

Attention to detail and focus on quality workmanship

Team player with a willingness to learn and grow
