Job Description
- We are looking for experience candidate for KANNADA - Tele collection process (Credit cards and loan) for leading banking process company in Madhuravoyal, Chennai.
- Qualification: Any Degree Fresher / Experience ( 0-8 yrs)
- Salary : 2.00 L to 2.50 L (plus monthly incentives)
- Shift Timing: 9.30 AM to 6.00 PM (Monday to Saturday) Sunday week off
- Excellent communication in English & Kannada
- The person will be required to perform outbound customer calls.
- Should have knowledge of loan and credit products
- Understands management by metrics and is result oriented.
- Candidate should have experience in collection process credit card and loan
- Candidate with DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) certification will be added advantage
