BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ACCOUNT MANAGER – INSURANCE

  • Salary is between 3.20 Lakh to 3.60 Lakh per annum plus incentives
  • MyAbhyaas – a new age learning & development company – is working with Turtlemint – one of the leading Insurance Tech companies in India – to provide them with Pre-Trained Key Account Managers. 
  • Selected on the basis of Online Aptitude Test and Personal Interview, the candidates will undergo a two weeks’ extensive training at Mumbai on a self-finance basis before they are absorbed by Turtlemint as a full-time employee.

  • As our front line, Key Account Managers will play a unique role in driving our top line performance.

  • Educational Qualification: We Are Looking For Graduates / Post Graduates With Good Academics Performance

SELECTIO)N PROCESS:
  • INITIAL SELECTION PROCESSONLINE APTITUDE TEST (80 Questions / 90 Minutes) & INTERVIEW
  • CONDITIONAL OFFER LETTER: Full-time job on successful completion of training
  • ADMISSION FOR TRAINING: Fees of INR 40,000 + GST to be paid by the candidate (30000 on admission and balance 10000 on joining)
  • TRAINING (12 DAYS): on Product, Insurance Sales & Communication)
  • FINAL EXAM & ASSESSMENT: Evaluation On Learned Concepts & Applications
  • JOINING TURTLEMINT: On Successful Completion, Joining Turtlemint As KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Scout the data for prospective POSPs (partner) in the designated region across India
  • Speak to the prospective candidate and enroll him / her as a partner
  • Provide service to interested customer on call. make cross sell & up-sell the product
  • Responsible for growing the top-line
  • Responsible for acquisition of new partners Geography wise (over phone)
  • Maintain a healthy professional relationship with partners to ensure smooth flow of business
KEY SKILLS
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Regional languages
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills and business etiquette
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and with timelines
