Key Account Manager Sales

About The Role:

The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities, by using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers

What you’ll do:

  • Handle customer requests and queries to convert them to a potential client.
  • Take up a proactive approach to ensure resolution and high customer satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Recommend potential services, by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
  • Prepare sales reports by collecting and analyzing customer information post payment.

What you’ll need:

  • Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven track record of customer success experience via phone, email, and chat.
  • Ability to work on multiple tools simultaneously like CRM, phone calls, chat tools, google sheets etc.
  • Problem-solving and developing strong relationships with key customers to build a trusted partnership.
  • Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
  • Relevant Experience of 0-1 years.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
