Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and energetic Kitchen Cook - Juice Maker to prepare fresh juices, smoothies, and other beverages while ensuring high quality and hygiene standards. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of fruit and vegetable selection, juicing techniques, and customer service.
As a Juice Maker, you will be responsible for preparing fresh juices, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Prep fruits and vegetables including cleaning, peeling and cutting.
- Responsible to handle cold kitchen works as well.
- Produce, bottle and label fresh juices.
- Properly package, weigh, and label to go meals according to weights-and-measures standards.
- Organize, maintenance and daily cleaning of kitchen and restaurant.

Qualification:
- Tenth/certificate courses in hotel management
Experience:
- 1-3 years experience as juice maker
