We are hiring a Land Surveyor for our site-based projects. The candidate will be responsible for measuring land, preparing maps, and assisting in site planning. Fieldwork is a key part of the role.
Responsibilities:

Conduct land surveys using Total Station, GPS, etc.

Mark boundaries and layouts as per site plans.

Coordinate with engineers and project teams.

Maintain survey reports and data.
Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Civil/Surveying.

1–3 years of experience (freshers can apply).

Knowledge of survey tools & AutoCAD.
-
Comfortable with fieldwork and site travel.
Core Skills and Competencies:

Surveying Techniques: Proficient in using total stations, GPS, leveling instruments, and laser scanning tools

Technical Software: Skilled in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, and survey-specific applications

Mathematical Aptitude: Strong in geometry, trigonometry, and spatial calculation

Attention to Detail: Ability to take precise measurements and verify field data accurately

Analytical Thinking: Capable of interpreting maps, legal documents, and technical drawings

Communication Skills: Able to prepare clear reports and communicate findings to engineers, legal authorities, and clients

Physical Stamina: Comfortable working outdoors in various weather and terrain conditions
