About part time job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Reviewing SaaS contracts - ours is a SaaS product and needs a legal review of contracts (with clients globally)
2. Assisting in accounting work like managing QuickBooks, building balance sheets, etc.
3. Helping with financial analysis

Who can apply
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for the part time job/internship
2. can start the part time job/internship between 17th Apr'21 and 22nd May'21
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
Other requirements
1. Must have experience working with legal contracts from the US/Europe/Asia
2. Must have experience reviewing commercial SaaS contracts
3. Candidates having an accounting background along with a legal one will have an added advantage
Additional Information
Note: This role can also be converted into a full-time role if you are the right fit.
