About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Help in drafting, vetting, and editing the contract templates
2. Draft various court documents and enclosures at in-house counsel's requests
3. Perform legal research as needed and support smaller projects as requested by the lawyers responsible for providing legal support
4. Assist in putting together a standard form of a confidentiality agreement, lease agreement, service agreement, etc.
5. Organize legal memoranda and client correspondence
6. Research documents and publications for details that would establish evidence
7. Proofread documents and submitted them to attorneys for review
8. Observe and participate in client meetings, trials, mediations, and outreach

Other requirements
1. Have completed LLB (3 years or 5 years) or final year student from Delhi University, NLU, Amity, or any reputed institution
2. Good knowledge of Contract Act 1872, Arbitration Laws 1996, CPC 1908
