About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handle contract drafting and management
2. Work on intellectual property rights management
3. Handle litigation and arbitration
4. Engage in the drafting of notices and replies (both governmental and non-governmental bodies)
5. Work on drafting and vetting of all the legal documents related to the ordinary course of business of the company (including real estate deals, franchise deals, etc.)
6. Handle compliance management related to the core business activities like FSSAI, shop establishment, etc.
