Law/ Legal Job in Alpha Plus Technologies Private Limited at Mumbai

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on the identification of applicable gazette notification containing new statutes, rules, regulations, amendments to existing statutes, rules, regulations, and carrying out the related amendments into the respective base statutes, rules, regulations, etc.
2. Identify and appropriately frame legal/statutory obligations based on central/state laws/rules/regulations as applicable to companies in general, the banking industry in particular, and any other vertical as and when required, and keeping them up-to-date
3. Work on researching/sourcing banking specific court judgments delivered by the supreme court, high court, debt recovery tribunals, debt recovery appellate authorities, consumer courts, banking ombudsmen rulings, and other statutory/regulatory authorities and presenting these in a structured manner
4. Handle any other roles and responsibilities as may be suggested by the department head
