About part time job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Collecting registration documents and other data of properties from the sub-registrar office
2. Researching and understanding legalities of Maharashtra RERA
3. Managing and analyzing real estate data

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for the part time job/internship

2. can start the part time job/internship between 17th Mar'22 and 21st Apr'22

3. are available for duration of 2 months

4. are from or open to relocate to Mumbai and neighboring cities

5. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements

1. The candidate should be from Mumbai

2. Candidate should have knowledge of sub-registrar office

3. The candidate should be willing to travel to SRO in the morning

4. Candidates having real estate experience are preferred
