Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Working on Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016 cases filed before the NCLT
2. Handling scrutiny of orders of the NCLT, NCLAT, and SC to identify relevant information as per requirement
3. Collating data regarding liquidation cases before the NCLT
4. Collecting relevant information from websites such as IBBI, Insolvency professional's website, etc.
5. Assisting Seniors in the Bank NPL portfolio sale.
6. Helping in setting up and managing data room for the bank.
7. Resolving queries of investors in data room.
8. Documentation and Due diligence process.
