Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Travelling to court and registration office.
2. Draft agreements, reply to legal notices and letters & prepare notices, court documents, verification of invoices, and enclosures
3. Research - Staying updated on laws and researching on matters relevant for seamless execution of suits. Work on legal research and conduct due diligence as and when required.
4. Assist the team in legal matters related to land law, arbitration laws, etc.
5. Conduct due diligence of documents to establish evidence.
6. Attend court hearings on behalf of the company for various matters.
7. Work on filing documentation and keeping track of due dates
