About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Research on various points of law and its implication on the business
2. Work with the in-house counsel team on various projects
3. Assist the in-house counsel team along with the senior counsel and solicitors team for various research about arbitration law, FEMA regulations, criminal law, securities law, M&A, etc.
Examples of projects you might work on:
1. Domestic arbitration involving various listed and unlisted companies and overall restructuring
2. International white-collar crime research and investigation
3. FEMA regulation
