Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough legal research and prepare well-structured reports to support our attorneys in case preparations.
2. Draft, review, and proofread legal documents, contracts, and agreements with utmost accuracy and attention to detail.
3. Assist in maintaining and organizing legal databases, filing systems, and other administrative tasks.
4. Attend hearings, trials, and client meetings, taking notes and providing concise summaries.
5. Collaborate with our experienced legal team to brainstorm and contribute ideas for legal strategies and case management.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in laws and regulations to ensure the provision of accurate legal advice and assistance.
7. Provide exceptional administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements for the legal team.
