Job Description

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. In-Depth Legal Research: Conduct thorough legal research on a variety of case laws, statutes, and regulations relevant to our business and industry. Utilize legal databases, libraries, and online resources to gather comprehensive information.

2. Legal Findings Summaries: Provide clear and concise summaries of legal findings to support the decision-making process for the legal team. Ensure that summaries are comprehensive, accurate, and easily understandable by non-legal stakeholders.

3. Document Preparation: Assist the legal team in the preparation of various legal documents, including but not limited to contracts, agreements, and legal opinions. Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and completeness in all legal documents.

4. Quality Assurance: Review and proofread legal documents to ensure adherence to legal standards and internal guidelines. Assist in the identification and correction of any errors or inconsistencies in legal documentation.

5. Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with other members of the legal team to share research findings and contribute to overall legal strategies. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for legal research and document preparation.
