Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Drafting, reviewing, and vetting agreements
2. Ensuring maintenance of records of all agreements executed as well as updating system/application on a regular basis
3. Highlighting critical areas and providing alternative solutions
4. Coordinating with internal stakeholders
