Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Help draft and edit the contract templates
2. Draft various court documents, invoices, and enclosures at attorneys' requests
3. Work on drafting and reviewing company agreements and professional service agreements
4. Work on conducting research on several areas related to legal issues
