Intern's Responsibilities Include:-

1. Preparing, checking, and uploading e-returns and petitions of the companies to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs
2. Looking into legal and secretarial compliance requirements of various corporate bodies
3. Working online with the departments of the registrar of companies, regional director of ministry of corporate affairs, Reserve Bank of India, Intelligence and properties rights office, etc.
