Job Title: Intern / fresher lawyer /legal documention
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka
Experience Required: 0 - 1 year
MUST BE WILLING TO STAY AND TRAVEL TO DODDABALLAPUR DAILY IF NEED ARISES.
NOTE:
- Immediate joiner
- NO WORK FROM HOME OPTION
- Preferring Karnataka Candidates
- Must able to read and write and speak in Kannada
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated : Intern / fresher lawyer /legal documention
The candidate will assist in handling property and real estate–related legal documention papers and filing of records and other inhouse doumentation process
The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring legal compliance, drafting and reviewing legal documents, managing property-related documentation, and providing legal support for property transactions and company projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and vet property-related agreements, deeds, MoUs, and contracts.
- Conduct legal due diligence of properties, including title verification and compliance checks.
- Liaise with external legal counsel, government offices, and regulatory authorities when required.
- Maintain proper documentation of all property-related legal records.
Qualifications & Skills:
- LLB degree or Diploma in Law.
- Fresher /Internship Candidates can also apply for this job.
- Relevant Knowledge or experience in property/real estate law.
- Strong knowledge of property laws, land acquisition, registration processes, and compliance.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Employment Terms:
- Commitment: 1+year (minimum).
- Full-time, in-house position.
