As a Lead Analyst, you are responsible to analyze business needs and translate them to technical specification document and maintain information flow in the team.

You will be responsible for the following and limited to:

• Involved in the Business Requirements gathering wherein the client’s business process is studied in detail
• Manage the date extraction and schedule scripts on servers
• Involved in developing Dashboards using Power BI or Tableau using multiple data sources
• Handle technical issues, Involve in Code reviews, mentoring the team members
• Work closely with the RPA Team to ensure they understand the data and can deliver the required business results.

• Minimum 2+ years of Analytics and Reporting experience using multiple data sources (SharePoint, DBs, Excel, etc.) on Power BI or Tableau
• Proven experience in SQL/Sharepoint coding/development
• Proficient in translating interface requirements in design specifications for development along with working knowledge of Advanced Excel graphs (Waterfall chart, dynamic graphs, 3 axis charts etc.)
• Proven ability in Excel Charts, Pivots, Slicers, Excel formulae, Dashboard views, Index Match, Vlookup & Hlookup, Offset, named ranges, Nested loops
• Ability to manage scripting with complex SQL queries like join, union, etc.
• Proficient in client-server architecture and knowledge of RDBMS –Access / SQL / Oracle.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other tools that facilitate the requirements gathering

• Experience in SQL Development will be a plus. Generate reports and extracting data from database/tables using complex SQL queries
• You love collaborative environments that use agile methodologies to encourage creative design thinking and find innovative ways to develop with cutting edge technologies
• Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work
• Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management
• Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Up-to-date technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications
