Key Responsibilities:
- Network Alarm monitoring, timely notification and raising Trouble Ticket.
- Resolving TTs as per timelines.
- Timely notification, impact list preparation.
- Provisioning of the circuits as per the Work Orders in stipulated time.
- Preventive checks / routine maintenance of the cable system.
- Effective co-ordination with Suppliers for resolution of issues.
- Effective co-ordination with Submarine NOCs, ITMC and Cable landing and Terminal Stations.
- Escalations as per processes.
- Ensure 100% process compliance to agreed SLA’s for Service Assurance and Service delivery.
Key skills:
- Sound knowledge in SDH,DWDM & Submarine Cable Systems.
- Troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Teamwork and collaboration.
- Analytical and problems Solving.
- Improving customer satisfaction with quick resolution.
