Lead - Content Developer

Job Responsibilities:

Study, understand and analyze project requirements and deliverables.
Set methodologies and workflows for project execution.
Create effort estimations for technical tasks and define productivity norms for the teams.
Prepare production checklists and guidelines.
Train team members and suppliers on project related requirements and processes.
Manage the teams and suppliers on a daily basis.
Conduct quality reviews of all deliverables as per the defined review process.
Ensure the delivery schedules are adhered to Identify possible risks at production level and communicate the same to stakeholders.
