Job Description

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated, passionate and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Lead Generation and Profiling Process. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding prospective students through their documentation process, providing them with information about various institutions.

Responsibilities:

·Profiling the Defining the eligibility for the particular course, If the student is interested for the particular university or institute.

·Generate need for admission.

·Inform about institute/university.

·Collect documentation from students to check the eligibility for the course.

·Basic communication is required.

·General knowledge about Ed-Tech is required.

Note

·Roster weekly Off (One day) 6 Day working environment

·No leaves allowed during probation period (3 Month Probation)

·Office timing: 10:00 AM till 7:00 PM (Work from office Model)

·Energy, passion, perseverance, resilience, self-motivation, problem solving, integrity are key characteristics required.

Requirements:

·Bachelor's degree minimum.

·Previous experience in sales, recruitment, or admissions counselling preferred.

·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·Strong organizational and time management abilities.

·Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

·Passion for higher education and helping students achieve their academic goals
