Job Description
We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in the target audience would be Learning & Development heads, Training heads, HR’s and IT heads.
You must be self- motivated, persistent, personable, outgoing and comfortable making hundreds of email per day to generate interest and qualify prospects while working hand in hand with our Account Execs and Business Development Managers. You have to source email address from the internet using various public domain.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Source new sales opportunities through researched lead follow-up and emails.
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Must have experience in generating leads for India, Middle East, USA and APAC.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Account Managers and BDMs for further development and closure
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
- Research potential clients, identify key players and generate interest
- Maintain and expand a database of prospects and contacts
- Familiarity with Internet research and using qualifying websites
- Strong interest in IT and familiarity with terminology and technology
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
