Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Lead Generation Executive to identify and generate potential business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong research abilities, and a proactive approach to engaging with prospects. This role involves market research, cold calling, email outreach, and qualifying leads to support the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Identification & Research
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads.
- Use online tools, social media, directories, and databases to find prospects.
- Gather and analyze customer data and industry trends.
2. Outreach & Engagement
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and business potential.
- Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team.
3. CRM & Data Management
- Maintain an up-to-date database of leads, prospects, and customer interactions.
- Use CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) to track progress.
- Provide weekly reports on lead conversion rates and outreach efforts.
4. Collaboration with Sales & Marketing Teams
- Work closely with the sales team to pass qualified leads.
- Assist the marketing team in targeting campaigns based on lead insights.
- Continuously improve lead generation strategies based on feedback.
