Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

Research and identify potential clients for residential, commercial, or turnkey interior design services.

Generate leads through online research, social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram), B2B directories, real estate listings, referrals, exhibitions, and cold calling.

Reach out to prospects through calls, emails, and messaging to present company offerings and gauge interest.

Qualify leads based on budget, timeline, and scope of work, ensuring alignment with the company’s services.

Maintain and update a lead database or CRM with accurate records of conversations and prospect status.
2. Client Engagement and Follow-up:

Act as the first point of contact for new inquiries and guide potential customers through the initial sales process.

Explain basic service offerings, pricing structures, and previous project examples.

Schedule site visits or appointments for sales or design teams as needed.

Follow up on inquiries, previous leads, and referrals to convert interest into opportunity.
3. Quotation Preparation:

Collaborate with the design and sales teams to understand project requirements.

Prepare basic quotations or estimates based on client inputs, standard pricing templates, and scope discussions.

Customize quotes to reflect material selection, design scale, site conditions, and service level.

Ensure quotations are accurate, professionally formatted, and submitted within client timelines.

Maintain a record of quotations sent and track conversion success.
4. Coordination with Sales and Design Teams:

Work closely with the internal team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads to the sales or project team.

Share detailed notes and client preferences gathered during lead qualification for a seamless handover.

Provide updates on lead pipeline progress, challenges, and conversion rates in weekly review meetings.
5. Reporting and CRM Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and quotation submissions.

Use CRM software or spreadsheets to manage and track the status of each prospect in the sales funnel.

Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead generation metrics and pipeline progress.
