Job Description
Job Title: Junior Sales Navigator Lead & Research Generation Expert
Location: Kalyani Nagar, Pune
Job Type: Full-Time (Work from Office)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd Saturdays Working)
Key Responsibilities
• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify, research, and connect with potential clients.
• Send personalized connection requests and follow-up messages to prospects
• Conduct detailed market research and identify new business opportunities.
• Initiate outbound calls to potential leads and schedule meetings for the CEO.
• Maintain and update lead data using CRM tools or Excel sheets.
• Support the sales and business development team with database building and outreach campaigns.
• Stay updated on Qualitas Global’s services, products, and industry trends.
• Meet daily and weekly outreach/follow-up targets.

Qualifications & Skills
• Minimum 3 to 6 months of hands-on experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• A sweet voice, pleasing personality, and professional demeanor.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
• Comfortable interacting with senior management and clients.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings or industry events if required.
Compensation
• Rs. 15,000 – Rs. 18,000 per month for the first 2 months.
• Rs. 18,000 – Rs. 25,000 per month after 2 months, based on performance.
• Above Rs. 25,000 per month after 6 months for high performers.
Additional Information• Work from Office only (Kalyani Nagar, Pune) — No remote or telephonic interviews.• Candidates must be available for in-person interviews only.
