·         Long term player, understands sales cycles, works towards building and nurturing client relationships.

·         Understands technology, follows the latest trends, aware of Analytics, RPA, Machine Learning, AI - will help to understand the product being sold.

·          Easily adjusts to multiple demands, shifting work priorities, ambiguity, adversity, and change. Is resilient and calm under pressure. Learns and applies new concepts quickly and effectively.

·         For experienced resources:
1. Experience of working on online databases.
2. Expert in working on LinkedIn sales navigator and other online social media tools.
3 The clear understanding of market research basics, including Primary & Secondary Research.

Responsibilities:

·         Handle lead generation and database research-related requirements for customers located in India, US, Australia.

·         Conducting secondary research to identify potential B2B prospects with the help of various online tools, directories and websites

·         Making cold calls to key decision-makers in global organisations

·         Setting up appointments with prospects.

·         Making outbound visits to prospect locations to make connects.

·         Qualify prospects by asking relevant questions to understand fit.
