 Job Description for the position in discussion:- Lead Generation Executive

Role:

•  Candidate to be dynamic inside sales lead generation representative with a scientific background and exceptional phone skills. 
• The inside sales representative will enhance customer satisfaction and build customer relationships while actively prospecting and generating qualified leads for our business development teams. 
  

• LEAD GENERATION:  Contribute to sales by generating and qualifying leads.
• CUSTOMER FOCUS:  Enhance customer satisfaction and build customer relationships through consultative phone selling approaches.
• PLANNING:  Develop and execute an effective lead generation plan for new business opportunities, in cooperation with marketing activities and corporate strategy.
• BUSINESS/MARKETS:  Recognize and have knowledge of market trends and competitive intelligence.
• MANAGE RESOURCES/COMMUNICATION:  Involve and support other team members to achieve mutual company goals and objectives.
• CUSTOMER DOCUMENTATION:  Collect, record and assign all relevant data within the database system in support of successful quality lead generation efforts.

Skills:

• Bachelor Degree in life science related field.
• Ability to sell at all levels within an organization.
• Excellent listening, verbal, written and communication skills.
