- Generating Revenue
- Make sales calls to new and existing clients
- Develop and maintain a customer database
- Responsible for achieving targets set by the organization
- Gather market Intelligence on competitors and their activities.
- Making presentations or pitches outlining the benefits of product/ services for the scheduled appointments
- Accompanying the clients for the site visits and giving the complete information regarding the facilities near the projects
- Required to be constantly updated with the domestic and 2nd home real estate markets
- Experience in B2C Sales
- Strong client focus including pre and post sales services for long term wealth retention
