Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identifying new sales leads & acquire new clients
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
- Negotiates terms and conditions for employment services and works with the recruiting team to ensure smooth hand offs
- Supporting recruitment team to close the positions
- Business Development and acquiring new accounts for Domestic Recruitment.
- Market Research
- Client Mapping/Sector Wise Mapping
- Create Relationships with Corporate.
- Sending proposals for Empanelment
- Building an extremely good rapport with Client's HR Head/Manager.
- Cold calling for business, new client development, negotiation of rate and SLA with the clients.
- Lead Generation and prospecting within those clients
- Sales presentation and proposal submission
- Brand development, Developed brand strategy and statistics systems.
- Strategic Consulting, including business plan & Staffing strategy development.
