Job Description

Set appointments for Business Development Team to meet the goal of closing qualified leads.
Execute assigned outbound calling campaigns designed to acquire qualified leads, drive new account acquisition and drive profitable revenue growth.
Meet or exceed daily productivity goals including lead generation, conversion rates, etc.
Successful at building consultative relationships, understanding business needs and promptly converting opportunities into potential business.
Confident and energetic phone presence. Excellent call handling, objection handling and closing skills.
Conduct a needs analysis and determine prospects pain points to determine how the Mealocity services will speak to those needs.
Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications to move leads into business.
Work with the Sales Directors to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet revenue goals.
Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media to introduce the Mealocity products & services and identify appropriate buyers within the target market.
Maintaining lead reports to ensure complete visibility of activities, execution and results.
