Job Description
- Set appointments for Business Development Team to meet the goal of closing qualified leads.
- Execute assigned outbound calling campaigns designed to acquire qualified leads, drive new account acquisition and drive profitable revenue growth.
- Meet or exceed daily productivity goals including lead generation, conversion rates, etc.
- Successful at building consultative relationships, understanding business needs and promptly converting opportunities into potential business.
- Confident and energetic phone presence. Excellent call handling, objection handling and closing skills.
- Conduct a needs analysis and determine prospects pain points to determine how the Mealocity services will speak to those needs.
- Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications to move leads into business.
- Work with the Sales Directors to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet revenue goals.
- Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media to introduce the Mealocity products & services and identify appropriate buyers within the target market.
- Maintaining lead reports to ensure complete visibility of activities, execution and results.
